With our air conditioning we guarantee an effective and homogenous proving of all types of yeast dough and danish pastry, either directly at dough production or from a dough controller with automatic defrosting.

Tray capacity (10 trays = a distance of ca. 138mm / 15 trays = a distance of ca. 92mm / 20 trays = a distance of ca. 68mm / 30 trays = a distance of ca. 45mm / With 600x400mm trays, you would be able to fit in 2 trays per level)

  • TSC1902 computer control with colour touch screen

The Maryline product line is focused on minimising the unit as much as possible, without compromising with our technology. The Maryline product line offers serveral different types

Our panels are constructed the sandwich way, increasing its ability to isolate and ensuring as much neutralisation of the surrounding temperature as possible and protecting the temperature inside the unit.

Front, left and right side as well as door(s) are in stainless steel leinen for all units. The exact robustness needed in a busy, modern bakery environment.

Dimensions: Outside D1030 x W810 x H2290mm / Inside is adapted for the required size of the trays
