The Mini line is a product line focusing on minimizing the unit without compromising on our technology. The Mini line is available in several different sizes and as coldroom as well as retarder prover.

Model 1: Outside dimensions D1050 x W1190 x H861mm / Inside dimensions are adapted to the size of the required tray

Model 2: Outside dimensions D1050 x W1268 x H861mm / Inside dimensions are adapted to the size of the required tray

Model 3: Outside dimensions D1050 x W1660 x H861mm / Inside dimensions are adapted to the size of the required tray

 



Our panels are constructed the sandwich way, increasing its ability to isolate and ensuring as much neutralisation of the surrounding temperature as possible and protecting the temperature inside the unit.

Front, left and right side as well as door(s) are in stainless steel as a standard on all units. The exact robustness needed in a busy, modern bakery environment.
